9 Clues Your Child Is Not Brushing

Regular brushing is an essential part of good oral hygiene. Not brushing can be harmful to the dental and general health of your child, and can have lifelong effects.

But, as every parent knows, it is a daily challenge getting children to brush their teeth. Knowing whether your child is regularly cleaning his or her teeth can be difficult, especially where you cannot supervise each session, such as during school lunch time.

Here are nine simple ways to detect if your child is not taking care of those pearly whites.

1. A dry tooth brush is a definite sign that your child is skipping on brushing his teeth. So, inspect your child"s tooth brush before it gets the chance to dry naturally.

2. Are there food particles in your child's teeth?
